We Help Caregivers Too!

Caregivers have a unique role in managing the health and affairs of their parents, grandparents, other family members or friends. The Legal Hotline offers legal advice and information regarding the care of an older person. It is helpful to have the consent of the elder who is being cared for, but we can give basic information to anyone who calls.

Make the Call

When you call, we will ask you for some basic information.  We must ask for things such as your name, age, income and race, because we get some funding from the United States government based on these statistics.

After the information is gathered, you will be given an appointment day and time.  This will be the day and time that the attorney will contact you to discuss the issue at hand.

When you are ready, call 1-800-347-5297, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
